HissenIT ParcelConnector: Connection of national and international DHL shipping products (parcels, merchandise)

The ParcelConnector is a solution for integrating Deutsche Post or DHL shipping products (merchandise mail and parcels, national and international) into your own merchandise management and shop systems. This allows processes regarding label purchase including customs declarations (CN22, CN23), PDF downloads, shipment number assignment (tracking), routing, cancellation, transport insurance, etc. to be automated.
With the connection, you get a direct link to the DHL backend, without being dependent on the business customer portal as a frontend or the polling client for printing. Of course, both can be used dual/parallel.

CSV Windows Software or Database/API Integration

The HissenIT ParcelConnector is the heart of communication with the DHL backend and the business customer shipping API for automating DHL label ordering processes. Integration takes place through an individual project, in which we examine which connection best suits your environment.

Do you want to work with a data exchange format like CSV and handle the data export and import of shipment numbers yourself? Then HissenIT Desktop ParcelConnector as Windows software for easy CSV data upload might be interesting for you. International shipments and customs declarations are of course also supported. The generated labels are provided collectively as a PDF and can thus be easily printed.
